The workers are always courteous and informative

Well no one likes a major car repair so I'm not glowing from my experience but it went as well as it could have gone.

Wasn’t sure why my car was making a certain noise. I had kind of an idea I was right and then they got right to it and fixed it right away for me very on task and did everything I needed them to do trust my vehicle with them.

Mando listened when I told him what I needed. He found me some great choices!!!! Mando , Scott and Todd helped me with learning about the changes from my last lease to the new lease. They were very helpful and patient!!! I always feel very welcome when I go to Crippen.

Great checkin, quick easy and on time. Excellent communications via txt msg and videos of when service was started, progress, and identifying other issues. Of which there were none. Done on time, price reasonable and expected, all around a fine experience.

I have always been greeted with very friendly staff that listen to the issues. The work has been done on schedule and time. Very comfortable waiting room.
