Took great care when I had an accident with a deer. The initial rep tried to convince me to drive it to the dealership. After I convinced him it was not drivable the rest went by very expeditiously. The tow truck came, insurance was apprised of the situation & had a claim number & approval all that day. Crippen took charge & fixed my car as soon as possible providing me a loaner car & sending me weekly updates on the status of the progress. I got my car back in less than 2 months. Great experience. Thank you.
