I am a pretty loyal Crippin service customer and would definitely go there first for my next car. My experience has always been excellent. This time, there was one small hiccup. First of all, the great things were how responsive and accommodating they were to my needs. I hit a pothole and destroyed my tire. They got me scheduled right away so I could be towed there, courtesy van service was great. The service advisor was very communicative, answered my questions, and did a great job. And they got things taken care of pretty quickly. The hiccup was the condition of the car when I picked it up. It was covered in snow with only a small bit of the windshield cleared by the wipers. There were no courtesy mats inside and there was snow all over the interior. My car is garaged and I don't have a big snow removal brush – I did not expect this to happen – to I had to clear all the snow off with my hands. Usually my car is returned to me in at least as good of shape as when I leave it, often better (they take it through the car wash). Maybe my expectation here is unrealistic, but it was disappointing. I noticed it when I came to pick it up and when asked by the check-out guy (not the tech who worked on it) if I'd seen it in the lot, and I said yes, that it was covered in snow, he just agreed with me. I didn't feel particularly valued as a customer. ... Other than that, the actual service itself was great. Thank you.
