    A tire rotation was done for my daughters car. She drove it home with speeds under 55. The next day as she drove to and from class on the freeway she complained about a bad vibration after the rotation. After looking I noticed the front drive side lugs were not tighten down and posed a serious risk. I had tightened them and test drove it and found that was the issue.

    When we made the appointment, we indicated we needed a rear window wiper blade. When my husband arrived, they had not planned and said we would need to come back as they needed to order one. We had already made arrangements and taken time out of our schedule for the appointment we had. We indicated our needs and the dealership was not prepared, expecting us to come back. My husband let them know this was unacceptable. They were able to find a blade, however, the entire appointment took about 2 hours. I am more and more disappointed with every service appointment we have at this dealership. We purchased our recent vehicle from this dealership, however, we will be looking elsewhere for future purchases.
