Body shop work was great but have been waiting 3 weeks to find out if my GM credits can be applied to my deductible. I am 86 and am unable to drive more than 2,000 miles per year so I don't need much service. It doesn't seem like a complicated question.

The service department was very helpful, kind & thoughtful, he opened doors for me, went & got my vehicle & brought it inside for me so I didn’t have to walk so far. I wish I could remember what his name is. Maybe John or Jonathan? He made me feel very welcome. He checked me in. The service was very quick!!! I’m very pleased!!!

Very timely service.

The service and reps were fine. They made it quick and easy. I am very disappointed that I didn’t get any heads up that my Crippen cares free oil changes had ended. I thought it was a number of oil changes and at the previous one I’ve been told I had more left. Apparently there was a 12 month window that I was two months past, but it would’ve nice to get an email or a phone call prior to that expiring.
