I went in for an oil change. They performed that service in the time I was told it would take. They noted some other items that could use some attention but did not try a "hard sell" about them. Also, the service rep was very knowledgeable about redeeming my gmrewards to pay for the service.

Wonderful experience buying/leasing a vehicle as the entire staff took all the time we needed to make all the right decisions in the process and impressed us as very genuine caring people that we are glad to call our new special friends.

As always Crippen took care of my car issue immediately within the same day. The staff are grsat!

Michael in the service department, is the person we have had take care of us several times. He answers the phone or texts a response quickly. He has responded with patience and kindness every time. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. I feel like we are in good hands. Thank you Michael and Crippen.

Explained what would happen and how to fix it. Then gave me an estimate that was right on the money. Great job!
