After an accident, where should I have my car towed?
If an accident damages your vehicle to the point that it can no longer operate, have it towed to our GMC body shop. This alone speeds up the process for insurance claims adjusters to inspect the damage on-site. They also want to reduce costs when they're charged for the time a damaged vehicle sits on the lot. Your tow truck driver will be able to deliver your vehicle any time of day or night, and drop the keys off in our drop box.
What's the importance related to OEM parts and components?
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and components installed here are the same as when your vehicle was first assembled. Using OEM parts gives you the assurance of brand continuity and the promise that the parts' workmanship, fit, and purpose remain intact. This is the best way to repair a vehicle after an accident.
What should happen if my vehicle has a simple dent?
Any dent to a vehicle's body should be remedied immediately. The more time that passes after such an occurrence may prove more costly to repair. Damage might spread with driving and there's always the possibility of moisture seeping into the fold and crevices of a dent that ends up as rust. Once rust sets in, it's nearly impossible to stem.

Do you offer loaner vehicles while my vehicle is being repaired?
Yes, we have a limited number of loaner vehicles available on a first-come, first-served basis. Otherwise, we also offer a shuttle service you can use when you drop off or pick up your vehicle. Please call to schedule with our Body Shop manager.
